When Food Works acquired the buildings at Two Rivers Center, they were significantly damaged from deferred maintenance, neglect and vandalism.
Many features have deteriorated beyond repair – including a large percentage of plaster, which has either detached from the substrate or been lost entirely, and floors which have buckled and heaved. Despite the extent of deterioration however, many elements remain salvageable – including a significant number of existing windows, interior doors and millwork.
